Dear Friends,
Over the decade I covered Congress for NPR, it was an ever-thickening morass; a place where political attacks crowd out problem-solving on a daily basis. My values as a journalist and commitment to honesty lead me to leave NPR and start a new show: Decode DC. It is my attempt to stop re-playing soundbites of those political attacks, and start talking about what's wrong with Washington -- and what are the solutions.
