I'm pleased to read that you're working toward a good financial underpinning for decodeDC. Many excellent enterprises have foundered on the rock of economics when their captains failed to attend to necessary navigation.
That being said, we're expectantly awaiting the next leg of the journey of the good ship 'decodingDC.'
